Hi i think this is a great game but there is so many great player with much higher level so its hard to advance.

I found another site with the same game but in´s only been up for 2 weeks som if you would like to be one of the best player try this one to.

Yoink is definitely better, except in case of vasectomies, but then again medical procedures weren't the main topic of this post, so definitley 'Yoink!'
