New Messages On Central?

What's with the new messages on central? how can I defeat anyone being only seven days old?

I had to change the messages to deal with translation.

the '1st', '2nd', etc didn't work very well for translating.

Why not have it as:

"Marquis WhiteCrow took only 7 Days to defeat his master, Unélith to advance to level 6!!"

that could be interpreted as "it took 7 days to get from level 5 to level 6".

I've changed the messages to what I hope is now better.

However, my new ones could be certainly interpreted by someone who didn't understand the game the same was as jrminga commented on. However, I'm not gonna futz with it any more at this point.

I could be wrong, but if I remember correctly:

The text and variable replacements were awkward in different languages, and rewording the message to be easier for the translation tools was the simplest solution.

the old messages did things like

on their 1st day.

This is all well and good, but wasn't very translateable with replacement.
So either we had to not translate that, or we had to translate the sentance completely for every different value.

This obviously wasn't a good solution, so I went for a wording where the number was just that and not an ordinal and thus could be substituted in giving the desired translatability.

I get the uh...joke now. Maybe it could say

its pretty obvious that it means on your seventh day of playing this game but its kind of a variable when you oh i just cant say might be a part of a secret about the dragon
