soz but I couldn;t fail to disagree with you more! :(
I played that for a short time but its just a basic copy of LOTGD and doesnt have anywhere near the same kind of close-knit community of players. Its basically a lot of people messing around because they're bored - lotgd is much better!

LoRD is hardly a copy of anything - it dates back quite a few years, and is the inspiration for the game LoTGD has become. LoRD has it's own unique characterisitics and a very strong fan following.

LotGD is definitely a great game with a great community though.

By the way, the link you posted does nothing except take us to advertisement pages with multiple obnoxious pop-up ads, and nothing to do with the game.

There are tons of telnet BBSes that still run games of LORD. Some have Inter-BBS tournaments, and many games are heavily customized and pretty active.

I no longer have a telnet BBS up, but I may put one up again.
