Where to download

sorry, I'm German so I don't understand a lot of english, where can I download the German Edition, or when there isn't a german, where's the English?

There is a German edition in progress at Dragonprime, and a thriving German community there that can give you a lot of help. You can download the English version at Sourceforge.

(I don't know the web addresses for either of these, so if someone can add them, I'd appreciate it.)

It depends - do you want to play it, or host it? You don't need the game to play it - it's a webgame. You just go to the German server and sign up!
