In all seriousness we already have buff shops. Since buffs are all so different, what are you asking for??? The ale does one buff... audrey another... being an elf... visiting Heidi...

This is exactly like asking, "Hey, I have a great idea, let's make a shopping centre that only sells Widgets!"

The game itself is a story, so I can't ever see a shop going in that sells "buffs".

Nor (on any halfway decent server) will you ever be able to purchase an "attack point", a "forest fight", or a "PvP battle".

ok people what i was trying to say was i wanted a shop that sells buffs ok i get that i said was not alot to on but i didn't have the time to put in every thing i wanted to put in. i think the shop would a list of buffs and tell what they do and how many you get.

...and that would go completely against the "discover things for yourself" aspect -- nay, nature -- of the game!
Seriously. You may have noticed that we're really big on having people explore the game and learn its secrets for themselves.
