Well, I just did all that, plus one more time for good measure. And all for nothing. Am I allowed to ask for a hint? This damn secret tattoo is driving me nuts.

Well, I did what I thought I had to do four times in a single day, and it got me nowhere.

So now I'm back to having no idea what I have to do. :(

I know how to go about getting this one (I think), but the question I have is: Are the other "standard" ones needed first, or do they not matter?

The phoenix tattoo requires no other tattoos, in regards to getting it.
That made more sense in my head, but yeah you're fine, it's possible to only have the Phoenix tattoo and nothing else.
