Was the poison two elements which only became toxic once she did something to combine them? - No, but brilliant
Did he write her a lateral thinking puzzle and when she didn't get it half way through the week she drank some poison volunterally out of MADNESS? -  Was she sick? - Nope Also, did he used slow poison? - no Or, did he used some poison that would kill her instantly? - I don't know about instantly but it was pretty quick All you need now is to figure out the habit, or method of poison delivery

Was it mixed in with any type of cosmetic...thing? I mean such as lipstick, face powder stuff e.t.c (yeh, I know loads about makeup me)

Is she a drunk, poison in the booze?
They have a pool and she swims, the poison is in the pool? She's a couch potato, the poison is absorbed through the skin threw it being applied to the remote buttons? Or some food she loves, like chocolate or something because she's a glutton? She's a heroine addict, and replaced it in one of her needles? She loved to garden, the poison yet again absorbed through the skin, it was placed in her gloves? She's a coke addict, poison coated the coke? She like tea and its in a tea bag? She like coffee and the beans are coated?

i'll follow shakespeare (hamlet--the play within the play) and suggest that he had someone else pour the poison into her ear while she was sleeping.
