The PRE-RELEASE code is in a stage PRIOR to being AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. It hasn't been released yet. The game is a work-in-progress.

We know there are a lot of changes in 0.9.8, but we're still working on them and the version is not ready for the public yet.
