Above is a smaller summary of tips, info, and ideas that might help out a newbie like myself. Both this and the other helped me out to some degree and BLOODDRAGON is making a great effort. Thanks for taking time out to help beginners

when you were talking about PVPs, you used 5 people being in romar as an example, and then said something like "(you should be able to find 3 people to PVP because there are 7)" you would either have to change the 7 to a 5, or the 5 to a 7, i don't know which one you were trying to say.

Happy Holidays... a little too late...

Quote:
Secret Number One: Well first off, blowing all of your money, is HIGHLY recommended. Dump all of your extra cash into the bank, and wait for the next best weapon or armor. The game gets a tad less difficult, when you are able to max out your weapons.

Secret Number Two: If you see an open PvP, that you KNOW you can win, take it!. Seize the chance, before someone else does. Every little bit of EXP, can push you that much closer towards your next level. As well, it provides a buffer in case you are attacked in PvP. When you log back in, you won't lose as much, as if you were to just log off.

Secret Number Three: Heal! Often! No use in dying. Whenever you fall below half, unless you have some regeneration points, blow some cash on healing. Although, before level 8, healing can be stretched out.

Secret Number Four: If you are capable of resurrection, take it! The sooner you can come back, you can use your turns to gain back a small bit of EXP. It is better than sitting in the Shades, with a deficit of EXP. The EXP loss of being attacked and the EXP loss of getting killed in the forest, vary greatly.

Secret Number Five: The Inn, Resurrecting and Healing, all become a waste after around level 8. By that time, a small resurrection is insignificant, and it would be better off, if you just stayed dead. The Inn cost is based off of your level, and eventually...it gets really high in price. Dying in the fields and dying in the Inn share the same EXP loss. Do not worry about it, just follow these tips.

Secret Number Six: One final pointer, invest in mounts! The mounts are a grand way to get through the game. They may help you out in the area of stats, or it might just be a little help in defeating your foe. Each one is different, and each one is special. Treat it with respect and it shall pay you back greatly. Written by Sichae Saracen.
The small guide that I wrote a while back. It is more like a bunch of tips for people to get good at the game...

About secret number 5... staying at the inn is well worth it, now with the different villages and the bribing bug fixed. Very well worth it.

If you have a powerful mount and other buffs that can get you flawlees fights, don't thrillseek - you get more XP and gold from the extra turn a flawless gives you than from the thrillseek bonus.

Also - if your equipment is a few levels above yours (ie you're level 8 with level 12 weapon and armor), then level up as soon as you can - you get more XP and gold per fight at the next level. Here's what I mean:

You're level 8 with level 12 equipment and you get enough XP to level on your third or fourth forest fight. go ahead and level up - you'll get a lot more gold and XP for your remaining FFs than if you stayed at level 8. You might even get enough XP to level again!

No, if you think you're strong enough, do this way. I earned alot of EXP by attacked 2 more higher charaters. In fact, I did that almost all time.
