I rather hate lonestrider

As a farmboy, even with full buffs, and +1 to both pieces of equipment, I don't stand a fair chance against him.

And on the other hand, he takes me back too far each time I almost get enough to open my clan.

Yes, just groucing, but maybe he can just beat me up for being not quite intersting enough for a few more gems?

Also... Why did he bother to drag me back into the inn, when i met him in the forests of romar.

Well, Lonestrider isn't supposed to be a 'fair fight'.

Second, it's not lonestrider which takes you to the inn, but a wandering traveler.

I just lost 12 gems to him, that's a weeks worth at this rate. It also cost me two forest fights (one to being draged to town, another traveling back to were I can fight) ... I don't understand why trying to get 50 gems for a clan is concidered evil enough that he's punnishing me.

Fight for your right when you can and compromise when needed and at your skill level you would probably end off better just giving into Lonestrider and not fighting him, saves alot of time as well...

I've had to run 3 times in the past few days I think. 7 gems from running, and then this attempt, and a falure to run. Though I did get him to half hp... proud of that

Last time I met him, I kicked his behind so hard that it collapsed his spine and he had to crawl, like a slug, to the healer's hut. ::snicker::

Mind you, I don't use my buffs except for special occasions, and LoneStrider is definately a special occasion.

I keep on hearing about Lonestrider but have never met him. Could someone explain him for me?

He leads a band of thieves, that may surround you in the forest, and they kick at your purse and demand gems... you can throw gems and run, give him what he demands, or try to fight. And he's tough.

And... I kicked him in the backside again starting at half health. At level 3.

I can, however, see how Farmcreatures would have trouble, especially if they didn't know how to handle him. ::shrug::

I kick him to timbuktu as well, when I have trained with Tynan.

When I haven't, it's a rather more even fight...

Admittedly, when I have trained, ordinary monsters occasionally send me to Ramius. I guess it's a tradeoff.
