What do I do? How do I play? Who is Eibwen?

This question comes up quite a bit.

The game offers a lot of help - there is an in-game FAQ, and a beginner area that is a bit safer to explore than the main game.

We also have an automatic help system in the form of Eibwen, who provides automatic, context-senstive help. (You can turn this feature off in preferences.

And yet people still ask how to play the game.

In its most basic form, this is how to play:

1. Go into the forest. Kill things, gaining experience and gold.
2. Go into the town to use the bank or shops.
3. Repeat.

That's it.

We add lots of stuff to make the game interesting - many creatures, special events, shops, and extras await those who play - but the core concept is pretty simple.
