I heard of this website from someone (I forget who) but it seems to simply grow as a place by people visiting the page.
Pointless I agree but rather cute, come have a look at Qexelcrag and make it grow!

I made a city and abandoned it - from what I can tell, there's no way to log in and manage things; it's just a tool to get people to click the link and generate ad revenue for somebody. Now, I don't mind other people sharing these links with me - I'll be a good boy and click them to share the love... but... unless I get to interact more with it, I'm not sure it's a game I want to play.

(Unless... do you know something I do not?)

I never thought of it as making money for anyone, you just visit the website under 6 different links (that unlock as more people visit the page) and it makes the city grow.

That's about it really, you don't really DO anything. I just put it up as an idea

For the one I've set up, we have a nice PHP script that manages which link you visit, so we currently have 100% Transport, and 0% everything else (:

But more interaction would be nice...

Seems that now it's hit 50 population, visiting http://qexelcrag.myminicity.com/ind makes the industry grow.... I think. Not sure how it works, but if anyone is interested then see if it works

Yeah, it makes the industry grow, which decreases unemployment, so people don't leave to look for jobs. And you only get one 'vote' per day.

Makes sense yeah, this is rather cool, on a very small scale. Like the idea of growing a tiny town in a dish with a tooth and some coke, or sea-monkies and uh, stuff (simpsons/south park)
